The Opportunity
Description
- Calculates heat loss/heat gain requirements for buildings.
- Layouts of mechanical systems using AutoCAD and/or REVIT software.
- Verifies site/field conditions as required.
- Coordinates system design with other trades.
- Attends jobsite meetings as needed.
- Identifies and resolves issues/conflicts as they arise.
- Maintains and develops customer relationships.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- Experience in the designing of HVAC systems for commercial projects.
- AutoCAD and REVIT software experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Navisworks and/or Sysque software experience are a huge plus.
- Plumbing system design experience is a huge plus.
- Engineering in Training (EIT) / Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
- Cost estimation experience is a plus.
- Trane Trace experience is a plus.
- Piping and/or sheet metal design experience is a plus.
