As the Senior Director of Marketing for the Americas Regional Market, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing, event management, BANT lead programs, appointment setting, and regional marketing campaigns across three business units: hardware, software, and services. You'll also focus on driving leads, inbound inquiries, and creating substantial pipeline through sophisticated marketing campaigns and programs.
Key Responsibilities
The base salary for this position, as required by the Equal Pay and Transparency Acts, varies by location and is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Eligible employees can participate in our client's bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.

Job Description
As the Senior Director of Marketing for the Americas Regional Market, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing, event management, BANT lead programs, appointment setting, and regional marketing campaigns across three business units: hardware, software, and services. You'll also focus on driving leads, inbound inquiries, and creating substantial pipeline through sophisticated marketing campaigns and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sourced pipeline and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for hardware, software, and service business units.
- Align with regional Sales and Regional Leaders to coordinate goals, tactics, and execution.
- Analyze marketing programs for continuous improvement.
- Develop key target audiences to increase new customer acquisition.
- Refine current marketing campaign initiatives through analytics and targeted marketing.
- Expand the business footprint within existing customer relationships.
- Design and develop complex digital marketing campaigns.
- Execute BANT qualified lead programs, lead appointment setting initiatives, customer events, and large-scale demand generation events.
- Lead the development and execution of webinars and impactful content.
- Utilize a wide range of digital marketing tactics, including email, advertising, social media, SEO, paid search, etc.
- Develop mid-funnel marketing campaigns to drive wins and build pipeline.
- Manage highly skilled campaign marketers.
- Resolve operational marketing issues and challenges.
- Develop action-oriented content.
- Design website-specific campaign web pages.
- Develop customer digital journey across channels and campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive marketing success.
- Proactive and uses judgement to achieve defined objectives.
- Understands role and applies knowledge to complete related tasks.
- Able to communicate using technical concepts aligned to customer value propositions.
- Understands key marketing metrics e.g., ROI, Cross and Up Sell, Cost/Lead, engagement, modeling/segmentation, personas, etc.
- Experience with budget and people management, including performance management, compensation, and coaching.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft suite, Marketo, Engage, Bombora, Adobe Analytics, LinkedIn InMail, and Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, campaigns, websites, social, data, analytics, etc.
- Experience in hardware, software, and services demand generation preferred.
- Proven ability to generate sourced pipeline and leads.
- Ability to analyze and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for marketing.
- Digital experience with website use and SEO.
- Content creation and brand alignment understanding.
- Event management, BANT lead development, appointment setting, and agency/vendor management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in the field.
