The Role
As the AMR Marketing Lead, you'll own the strategy and execution of innovative inbound and outbound programs that energize pipeline generation and fast-track conversion. Your mission: to deliver a steady stream of high-value opportunities that propel the region toward its annual operating goals and beyond.
Working with the wider marketing team, you will localize, execute, and optimize relevant go-to-market plans and campaigns in alignment with our agreed demand generation, brand, and product marketing objectives. Located in the USA, as a key member of our global marketing team with primary focus on the AMR region, across all relevant verticals and channels (direct and indirect).
Key Responsibilities:
Regional AMR Marketing Leadership:
  • Lead regional AMR B2B marketing by developing and executing localized, multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with sales goals
  • Partner with Sales on integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and programs to drive acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with LiveU's sales team to drive GTM strategies for new market segments, building the brand's presence and credibility to accelerate customer acquisition and growth
  • Manage and mentor US-based marketing team members, supporting their development and overseeing daily priorities
  • Oversee content creation and localization across channels to shape market perception, ensuring alignment with brand, messaging, and compliance
  • Represent marketing in sales QBRs, forecast calls, and AMR leadership meetings
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams across Performance Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product to ensure cohesive execution
  • Optimize marketing ROI and program effectiveness using performance metrics and business impact analysis
  • Manage the AMR regional marketing budget, prioritizing spends based on strategic goals and performance insights

Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a commercial marketing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or Media and Entertainment Technology space or a complex technical market with longer sales cycles.
• Five plus years of team leader or supervisory experience.
• Experience of managing the localisation, translation, and optimisation of global campaigns for regional markets, as well as the creation of bespoke campaigns to serve local needs.
• Proven work experience in creating digital and customer-facing content. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
• Proven track-record of success in partnering with Sales and channel partners to deliver common goals.
• Strong experience of creating and managing partner marketing programs and co-marketing activities.
• Good conversion rate optimization understanding.
• Solid skills in marketing technology and automation systems including Pardot, Salesforce, digital analytics, and programmatic marketing platforms.
• Demonstrable success delivering effective demand generation programmes across earned (SEO, Content, email, thought leadership), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social) and owned channels (web, webinar, podcast).
• Analytical with good reasoning skills
• Good attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires the ability to multitask and priority switch.
