We are hiring for a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Tallahassee, FL area with an industrial design background.nJob Duties:nnPosition will be a combination of project management, electrical engineering, and design.ÂnWork with a project team to coordinate the electrical designs with other engineering disciplines as well as client requirements, and direct the work of junior engineers and designers concerning document production.ÂnPosition will require interface with vendor personnel, the client’s personnel, and with contractors.nProvide electrical power system models (utilizing EasyPower Software).nPart of the job includes directing the staff to develop instrument loop diagrams, motor schematics, plan drawings, lists/schedules, and other documentation for a variety of projects utilizing CAD Software.nÂnnRequired:nnBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institutionÂn10+ years of experience as an electrical engineernLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) with willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as project load requiresÂnHands-on knowledge and design proficiency in electrical standards, codes, and vendor equipment optionsnStrong written and oral communication skillsnExperience coordinating work within an internal team of electrical engineers and designers, as well as cross-disciplinary coordinationnWorking knowledge of NFPA and NEC StandardsnExperience in power system designnWorking knowledge of DCS, PLC systems, and control system networksnProficiency in industrial design for grounding, lighting, and cable tray layoutsnProficiency in Electrical & Instrumentation industrial construction methodsnnPreferred:nnEasyPowernnDuration:  PermanentnSalary:  $100-$140KnLocation: Tallahassee, FLnIf you are interested or would like more information on this position, please click the apply button or contact me directly at:
