Responsibilities:
nnInterpret mechanical design drawings for electrical requirements
nResearch supplier products for assembly componentsHelp establish new and maintain existing standards
nDevelop electrical bill of materials
nPower up electrical systems and configure hardware per application specifications
nCheck quality of assemblers and technicians work and respond to inquires during assembly Work with Sales Engineers to provide input with quote preparation as required
nDesign and develop software applications based on given requirements and specificationsTroubleshoot issues with existing company installed systems
nWrite user manuals to communicate functionality of company developed programs
nUnderstand client requirements for GUI/communication interface, networking and create
nspecifications based on these requirements
nHelp Train/Orient/Bring Up to Speed new employees
nMust be available and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays to meet customer
nproject commitments
nQuality – Ensure standards are maintained in a highly regulated, process driven environment
nnEducation/Skills:
nnBS degree in electrical engineering or related discipline (BSEE degree )
n1-3 years of experience with conveyors in the automation industry
nProgramming Logic Controllers (PLC) (e.g. Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
nConfiguring and designing HMI/OIT systems (e.g. Allen Bradley, Instruments, Maple
nSystems)
nFamiliar with Industry Standards UL and CE
nMS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy

2nd Shift 3:30pm to 12:00am
3rd Shift 12am to 8am
Weekly Bonus for attendance
40+ Hours per week
