Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer with at least 10 years of manufacturing experience to support capital projects, troubleshoot equipment, and manage control systems. This role is heavily focused on execution—not design—and requires strong skills in PLC programming, contractor oversight, and equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support CAPEX projects: material specification, installation coordination, and timeline/budget management

Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment, with an emphasis on PLCs, HMIs, and control systems (Allen Bradley )

Support power distribution and industrial instrumentation (12V–480V)
n n - n
Manage contractors and ensure safe, high-quality project execution
n n - n
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime
n n - n
Uphold all plant safety policies and support general plant management functions
n n
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Controls

10+ years in a manufacturing environment
n n - n
Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
n n - n
Familiarity with VFDs and a variety of control systems
n n - n
Proven success leading capital projects and equipment installs
n n - n
Experience managing contractors and hands-on problem-solving in the field
n n - n
Practical, floor-based approach over heavy design work
