WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL AS A DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP?
You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM , in our office.
In this Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep role, your day will start by answering incoming calls from customers. You will dispatch service requests to our technicians and help them with any information they need. You will keep track of schedules and ensure that records are organized and accurate. Throughout the day, you will use your communication skills to assist customers and support your teammates, ensuring that everyone has the help they need.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 2 years of customer service
- 1 year of HVAC knowledge
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus
- HVAC Portal experience is a plus
