Key Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer:
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage RMAs and corrective actions.
- Conduct internal quality system audits.
- Oversee calibration system effectiveness.
- Maintain quality procedures and standards.
- Utilize SPC and MSA for process control.
- Expertise in quality systems and standards.
- Familiarity with IPC, military, and customer specs.
- Proficient in quality tools like SPC, DOE, Cpk.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- At least 5 years in aerospace or similar industry.
- This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
