Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support troubleshooting of inverters, trackers, combiner boxes, and power stations, responding to system faults or repeated equipment failures.
- Monitor performance data using SCADA, PI Vision, and implement preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate documentation through Maximo or ETM.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues, contribute to site inspections and thermographic scans, and validate SCADA sensors during commissioning.
- Train field technicians, manage warranty coordination with OEMs, and enforce strict safety protocols through toolbox talks and incident response.
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and external vendors to support retrofits, standards implementation, and component replacements.
About You
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field from an ABET-accredited university.
- You bring 3-5 years of experience in utility-scale PV operations, with strong proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
- You're knowledgeable about PV and BESS system components, SCADA platforms, and digital maintenance tools like Maximo.
- You have an OSHA 30 certification (or are willing to obtain), and are committed to upholding rigorous safety and compliance standards.
- You're equipped with excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the flexibility to travel to North Texas PV sites.

- Base Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience, education, and skillset)
- 10 % Annual Performance Bonus, based on individual performance and company metrics.
