Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts
Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic updates
Handle client concerns or escalations professionally and effectively

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
