As a Service Project Supervisor, you'll provide crucial support to our talented service technicians while ensuring our customers receive nothing less than flawless, detail-oriented service. What You'll Do:
Customer & Team Communication: Generating service calls, managing billing for all service projects, and overseeing the purchase management process. You'll be the primary point of contact via email for customers, vendors, and our service technician team, working closely with Service Managers.
Billing & Purchase Management: Streamlining the execution of purchase orders and ensuring accurate, timely billing for all service projects.
Problem-Solving & Prioritization: Expertly handling shifting priorities, diverse client needs, and evolving project specifications. You'll creatively solve problems, adapt quickly to changing directions, and prioritize tasks to meet goals effectively.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Promptly following up with customers and maintaining our high standards of quality customer service.
