facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication
skills. You will join a cross?functional product team that works in an agile, product?discovery setting, so collaboration and a genuine team?player mindset are essential. Your four focus areas
1. Data Analysis Consolidate and patient Support Program, Specialty Pharmacy, claims and financial data to uncover trends in patient access and market dynamics. Build transparent metrics and statistical models that feed forecasting, pricing and contracting decisions. 2. Facilitation Run collaborative workshops to define business questions, align on goals and co?create dashboards. Translate technical concepts into plain language, ensuring cross?functional teams share a common data vocabulary. 3. Stakeholder Management Serve as the analytics partner for Market Access, Finance, Sales, Patient Services and Executive Leadership. Balance competing priorities, manage expectations and drive consensus on data?led actions. 4. Communication Turn complex, multi?source findings into clear narratives, visualised in Power BI dashboards and executive briefs. Present insights that inspire confident, timely decisions at VP level. Key responsibilities
Facilitate requirements sessions and quarterly reviews, ensuring all voices are heard and business value is explicit. Develop interactive dashboards and storyboards that reveal real?time performance against targets. Drive adoption by coaching end?users, documenting data definitions and championing a culture of data literacy. Collaborate with the team in designing and maintaining data models that map the end?to?end patient journey and payer coverage dynamics. Why Ascendis

Experience
5+ years as Business/Data Analyst (ideally in either pharma, biotech, specialty pharmacy or similarly regulated, data?rich setting). Solid teamworking skills
You'll be part of a product team that together achieve great results. Technical toolkit
Knowledge about SQL, with experience in Power BI. Facilitation chops
Proven track record running workshops and story?mapping sessions with cross?functional teams. Stakeholder savvy
Ability to influence without authority, negotiate priorities and present to senior leadership. Communication excellence
Fluent English speaker/writer who can simplify the complex and craft compelling data stories. Mindset
