Pay Rate: Starting at $14.50/hour, paid weekly
Pay raise every 30 days based off of work performance and attendance and $1.23 hr pay raise upon conversion
Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to efficiently move, load, and unload products within our warehouse. The ability to work in a fast-paced and loud work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Sit-down Propane) including clamp trucks and cherry pickers to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that products are prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards set by OSHA.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory levels and order processing.

Requirements:
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience operating a sit-down propane forklift REQUIRED
- Ability to pass a Forklift Test
- Experience in order picking or as an order picker
- Knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA standards, is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance is advantageous .
