Position Highlights:
Opportunity to manage a new histology laboratory within an established healthcare organization! Oversight of 2 Histology Supervisors and Histology Technicians/Technologists. Responsible for staff hiring, orientation, competency and ongoing training. Also, providing performance feedback to staff. Managing day to day operations of the histology laboratory including ensuring laboratory compliance, develops and implementing policies and procedures.
