As a Facilities Maintenance Technician managing multiple properties in the DFW area, you'll coordinate preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, and ensure safety and operational efficiency across facilities. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance across multiple sites (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Respond to and resolve maintenance requests efficiently across sites
Coordinate with vendors for contracted services and capital improvements
Maintain compliance with building codes and safety standards
Keep accurate documentation: logs, work orders, inventory, and inspections
Handle minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs
Oversee grounds, exterior lighting, signage, and parking areas
Communicate with property owners/managers on status, schedules, and concerns
Identify cost-savings and efficiency opportunities in maintenance processes
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical
certification/trade
school preferred
2 years maintenance experience across multiple properties or buildings preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems
Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors/indoors in varied conditions
Organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize tasks across multiple sites
Work Conditions
