Charge Nurse, Unit Nurse Manager, ADON, or DON Job Type:
Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide safe transfers and positioning in beds, wheelchairs, and lifts. Support residents with meal services, including feeding assistance and documentation. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Maintain accurate records of resident care, meal intake, and weight tracking. Follow infection control protocols and ensure resident safety at all times. Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for residents. Requirements:
✔
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
in good standing with the state. ✔ High School Diploma or equivalent. ✔ Current
CPR/BLS Certification . ✔ Minimum
1 year of CNA experience in long-term care
preferred. ✔ Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. ✔ Ability to lift/move at least
35 lbs
and perform physical tasks as required. Work Environment & Benefits:
