HVAC Service Technicians

HVAC Service Technician , you will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems while providing exceptional customer service. You’ll help guide customers toward informed, confident buying decisions and ensure they have an outstanding experience. Key Responsibilities:
Build rapport
with homeowners and deliver outstanding customer service Conduct thorough
evaluations of HVAC systems , offering various options tailored to customer needs Educate homeowners
on necessary services, explaining why they’re needed before starting work Adhere to a
safety-first approach
throughout all work activities Test
pipes, tubing, joints, and connections
for leaks using pressure gauges or leak detection solutions Conduct electrical tests to ensure components are functioning correctly Repair and replace defective components , wiring, and equipment Discuss system malfunctions with customers, isolate problems, and ensure repairs are effective Take detailed notes
before, during, and after work, reviewing invoices with customers, and collecting payment Deliver a
Five-Star customer experience
during each service visit Requirements:
Ability to pass a
drug screening
and
background check Clean
driving record
and
insurable driver’s license Class E driver’s license
required within 30 days of hire Must be able to represent the
Jerry Kelly brand
positively Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and occasional
on-call holidays No visible tattoos
(must be covered while working) Experience : 2-3 years of HVAC experience EPA Certification
