What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and mentor our HVAC Service Technicians Manage scheduling, workload, and performance metrics Ensure top-quality service and resolve escalated customer concerns Drive team development, training, and recruiting Collaborate with leadership to achieve company goals Requirements:
5+ years HVAC experience (2+ years in leadership preferred)
Strong technical knowledge & customer service skills
Ability to coach and motivate a team
EPA Certification & clean driving record
