About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
IT Product Owner
with a strong background in healthcare technology to drive the development and delivery of innovative, compliant, and high-impact digital products. This role requires deep expertise in product lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration, and healthcare domain knowledge (e.g., HIPAA, EHR systems, interoperability standards). Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for one or more healthcare-focused IT solutions.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product review sessions in an Agile environment.
Ensure all product features meet regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST) and data privacy standards.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software on time.
Continuously assess market trends, user needs, and business goals to inform product decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT product ownership, business analysis, or product management roles.
Proven experience working on digital products in the
healthcare industry .
Strong knowledge of
HIPAA ,
EHR/EMR systems ,
FHIR ,
HL7 , and healthcare workflows.
Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to gather and translate complex requirements into functional product features.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
