To achieve the companys strategic objectives while focusing on economic objectives of running a profitable and compliant agency that provides an excellent workplace and world class service to the customers and prospects that exceeds all expectations. To design and implement sales and retention processes that attract and maintain new or existing customers to our agency through a combination of coaching the staff and personal performance leading by example. This is a high-level position with great opportunity for growth and advancement. It encompasses just about every aspect of the Agencys operations and requires that the selected individual be always-on and fully engaged in the vision and mission of the Agency. Responsibilities Ensure that the Agency exceeds new business and retention goals for both P&C lines and Life policies sold and production credit. Manage 100% of the day-to-day operations of the Agency with support from the Agency Owner. . Recruit and train sales and service Agents to join the Agency family. To reiterate, this is a very high-level position encompassing broad responsibilities. The Agency Owner will guide you through your development and ensure that you have every tool and resource available to be very successful.
Requirements Must have and maintain Property and Casualty (P&C) AND Life and Health (L&H) licenses. All license expenses including renewal fees and continuing education are incurred by the team member. Preferred bilingual (Spanish) but not required.
