Job Description Description: Clinical Duties: Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures Administer medications and injections as directed Collect and prepare laboratory specimens Perform EKGs and other diagnostic tests as needed Sterilize medical instruments and ensure cleanliness of exam rooms
Administrative Duties:
Greet and check in patients Schedule appointments and manage patient records in electronic health systems (EHR/EMR) Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages Process insurance forms and billing information Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies Requirements: Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, EHR systems)
