Job Description Description: Production Castings is seeking hands on machine operators who are eager to level up their skills by operating machines in a Zinc and Aluminum Die Casting environment. You will operate Wheelabrators and Burnishing Machines and skill up to run and set up Die Casting machines. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the finishing process and casting of metal parts. Operate Wheelabrator and Burnishing machines to finish metal parts according to specifications Operator One or more trim presses in a safe, manual, semi-automatic, or automatic mode when necessary Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the finishing process Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing environment is preferred but not required Ability to read and interpret work instructions Ability to keep accurate records of work Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a consistent basis If you are a reliable and skilled operator with a passion for producing high-quality finished products, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Hours 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM - Monday through Thursday 4 Day work week Benefits Competitive starting pay beginning with $19.50 an hour with advancing pay scale Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts Weekly Paycheck Health, Life, Dental, STD, and Vision insurances. 8 Paid Holidays per year.
