We are looking for a motivated and client-focused

Insurance Sales Representative

to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by sales success. You will be responsible for selling tailored insurance solutions, reviewing existing client coverages, and playing a key leadership role within the office. We offer a competitive

base salary of $35,000-$55,000

(depending on experience), plus uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities Sell insurance products to new clients, helping them find the best coverage for their needs. Proactively review and update existing clients policies to ensure adequate protection. Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to drive referrals and business growth. Provide leadership within the office, contributing to a positive and productive team environment. Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and Country Financial products to best serve clients.

Requirements Property & Casualty license required Strong sales skills and the ability to confidently engage with the public. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while staying motivated. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on helping clients first. Self-driven with the ability to work independently while contributing to office goals. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
