Responsibilities Customer Support: Assist clients with their inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. Policy Information: Provide clients with detailed information about their insurance policies and options available. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues related to their insurance policies. Documentation: Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements Licensing: Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license. Experience: Prior experience in customer service or in a similar role within the insurance industry is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative, with an emphasis on active listening and helpfulness. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and find resolutions to client issues effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with computers and basic software applications such as word processors and spreadsheets. Attitude: A positive and inviting attitude with a strong desire to help clients.
