Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: Nashua, NH Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Shifts Available: 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Pay: $28.00-$31.00/hour About the Opportunity: Adecco Staffing is currently hiring CNC Machinists for a growing manufacturing company in Nashua, NH. These are excellent temp-to-hire opportunities for skilled machinists looking to work in a team-oriented, high-performance environment. Position Overview: As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work from technical drawings and process documentation. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines for short-run and long-run production Interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T, and follow setup sheets and process documentation Perform full machine setups including tooling installation, offset adjustments, and basic program edits Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, microscopes, and comparators Identify and resolve machining issues independently Maintain accurate records of production activities, tool usage, and quality checks Keep work area organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations Safely handle and transport materials throughout the machining process Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on CNC machining experience (setup and operation) Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of GD&T Familiarity with G-code and ability to make minor program edits at the machine Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Skilled in using precision measuring equipment High attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude If you are interested in this position or others available, please either apply below or call our office at (603) 598-0117.
