What You'll Be Doing: Develop and write CNC programs using software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or SolidCAM Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications Set up CNC mills, lathes, and troubleshoot issues during test runs Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal performance Collaborate with machinists and engineers to refine and optimize processes Revise programs based on engineering updates or production feedback Perform first article inspections and support quality assurance activities Maintain a well-organized CNC program library and documentation What You Bring to the Table: Proven CNC Programming experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of G-code, machining processes, and tooling Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and interpreting complex technical drawings Solid understanding of GD&T standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently both independently and with a team Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or trade certification in CNC or manufacturing technology Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC equipment Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement Ready to Build a Career You Can Be Proud Of?
