Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM with Daily OT (Average 60 Hr. work week + Saturday OT) Compensation: $40-45/Hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in setting up, programming, and operating various CNC Mills and Lathes, specifically Haas machines. Proficiency in a wide range of machining operations including turning, facing, boring, sawing, drilling, reaming, tapping, slotting, grooving, milling, and grinding. Ability to use DNC and other related tools for loading CNC programs. Expertise in creating and setting up new programs using Mastercam. Ability to write programs directly at the machine. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders. As a CNC Machinist/ Programmer (Mills & Lathes) you will: Master CNC Operations: Expertly set up, program, and operate Haas CNC Mills & Lathes, performing a wide range of machining, including turning, milling, drilling, and grinding. Program with Precision: Develop new programs directly on the machine or using Mastercam, working from 2D prints, solid models, and even designing custom tooling and fixturing. Optimize Machine Performance: Utilize DNC and other tools to efficiently upload and download CNC programs, keeping operations running smoothly. Mentor Future Talent: Share your expertise by training new CNC Setup Operators and Turning Center Operators, helping them grow their skills.
