Position: Territory Manager (Outside Sales Representative) - HVAC Equipment
Home Branch: San Jose, CA
Territory Area: San Jose, Campbell, Santa Clara, and surrounding areas.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (generally 7:00am - 4:00pm)

- Business-to-business sales helping your Customers grow their business as a business partner n
- Core business hours will be spent actively working in assigned sales territory n
- Meeting in-person with customers at business locations, job sites, and conducting intentional customer activities bringing value to them every visit n
- Response to customers may be necessary outside of these core business hours at times n
Compensation Package n
- n
- Pay Range - $70,000 - $150,000+
UNCAPPED COMMISSION PLAN – YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL IS LIMITLESS! n- n
- Training Period Salary Guarantee - during initial 3-24 months in position, a starting salary guarantee of $70,000 - $90,000 is provided based on work experience and territory growth phase. Reps can transition to the commission plan early if they are exceeding the training salary guarantee! n
- Commission with Base (after training period) – compensation transitions a $1,250 monthly base salary ($15,000 annually) AND uncapped commissions! n

Responsibilities n
- n
- Introduce and sell HVAC Equipment to residential and commercial contractors. n
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach to existing and prospective customers, provide exceptional service, exceed customer expectations, and constant follow-up. n
- Understand unique customer needs: provide tailored customer solutions, be a trusted business partner, offer product training, explore opportunities for growth, and business development training. n
- Develop and maintain a sales plan to include short- and long-term goals for each customer and prospect. n
- Perform a broad range of responsibilities for sales, customer development, and sales support responsibilities. n
- Bid jobs, produce quotes, and process customer orders. n
- Partner with branch team to ensure timely, accurate order delivery, and maintain ongoing customer satisfaction. n
- Resolve all customer issues (disputes, quotes, returns, credits, warranties, and service failures) by the end of the following day. n
Qualifications n
- n
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals. n
- Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills with attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines. n
- Experience in outside sales in related industry is . n
- Ability to manage a diverse customer portfolio, work independently, and manage time effectively. n
- High level of proficiency in computer technology including Microsoft Office, familiarity with customer databases and inventory platforms are helpful. n
- Must be 21 years of or older with a good driving history (clean 3-year driver abstract with no more than 1 speeding ticket, no reckless driving or DUI is required).
