Senior Security Analyst

to join our team in

Doral, FL . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Guardian of people and assets and the expert in physical security systems, ensuring protection across program facilities

Conduct comprehensive physical security risk assessments of facilities, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending countermeasures

Design and implement security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and perimeter protection

Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations

Manage and monitor security systems, responding to alarms and incidents in a timely and effective manner

Conduct investigations into security breaches and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective action

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to security

Train employees on security awareness and procedures, empowering them to be the first line of defense

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field or 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

9+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience.

Experience in physical security, law enforcement, or a related field, with a proven track record of implementing and managing security programs.

Deep understanding of physical security principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Expertise in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.

Knowledge of security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and perimeter protection.

Familiarity with security regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63).

Ability to conduct investigations and analyze security incidents.

Desired Qualifications: Masters degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

Knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with incident response and crisis management.

Familiarity with security design and implementation for critical infrastructure.

Ability to lead and mentor Security Teams.

Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures. Relevant certifications in physical security (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)).

Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements: Must have an active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
