TOW Deputy Production Program Manager

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the TOW Deputy Production Program Manager within the TOW Weapon System portfolio who will be a direct report to the TOW Production Program Manager. You will support multiple production contract efforts and be expected to work closely with and influence IPTs, functional contributors, and our Army customer to ensure alignment and consistency through execution of the various production contracts. You will work through and lead various stages of program execution including proposal development, contract startup, program execution and contract closeout. In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with the U.S. government customer for various topics to include technical interface meetings, production status and business growth. An ideal candidate will have experience in production execution, cross functional leadership, and most importantly have the drive to lead a high-volume program in a dynamic environment. What You Will Do Partner with Program Management Team (PMT) and related functional organizations in execution of production contracts to ensure adherence to cost, schedule and AOP commitments Lead daily PMT meeting/daily program cadence to ensure the team is aligned regarding priorities, issues and assistance needed Close interaction with business team on efficient execution of the EAC's, performance to labor and material forecast as well as progress to meeting AOP In the absence of the program manager, is responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance Expected to support domestic travel as needed Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions Minimum 2 years' experience in program or project management Experience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development Experience with proposal development, submittal, and gate approval Qualifications We Prefer Program Management Level 5 certification (or equivalent) or ability to achieve within 1 year Experience with execution on complex programs Familiarity with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) & Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts Operations and/or Global Supply Chain Experience Recent Graduate

Relocation assistance not available This position is an onsite role, located in Tucson, AZ. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
