Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? Pratt & Whitney is seeking a highly skilled Cost Account Manager (CAM) to support the Control & Diagnostic Systems Military Programs. This role requires an individual with experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) to perform detailed financial analyses for total IPT, CIPT and functional teams, and to manage cross-disciplinary teams effectively. The successful candidate should be able to manage multiple program issues in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the programs meet their financial and schedule objectives. Responsibilities include: Achieve Earned Value (EV) training and apply EV formulae. Partner with Program Management Office (PMO), Component Integrated Project Team Leads (CIPTs), Cost Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Project Team Leads (IPTs) for scope planning, support data preparation, monthly contract deliverables and contract proposals, and other EV activities. Define and understand monthly variances to Budget and Estimate At Completion (EAC) dispositions, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Ensure timely EAC inputs and accurate submissions in toolsets, such as, WebEVM, Empower, and Primavera. Review datasets for trends, quality and project alignment. Generate clear and concise Variance (VAR) analysis explanations and reports. Support Risk and Opportunity management with CIPT leadership and create Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed. Oversee the execution of deliverables to record monthly performance status and identify, resolve obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules. Develop ad-hoc reports to meet emerging program needs. Manage outsource, sub-contractor requirements as applicable. Provide staffing projections and inputs for Organization Manpower Management (OMM). Ensure appropriate time charging and conduct RPLM and Productivity analysis. Ensure full compliance with external communications with relevant IP and export requirements. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Qualifications you must have: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) 5 years of engineering experience, or an Advanced Degree and 3 years' experience. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract. 10% Travel Qualifications we prefer: Experience as a P&W Cost Account Manager (CAM). Experience with P&W programs and processes. Proficiency in Excel, including Lookup functions, Pivot tables, Macros, Queries. Manage small projects or processes within area of responsibility. Able to provide improvements of processes to enhance performance of work area. This role is: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.
