Job Description
Job Title: Origination and Syndication Banker Corporate Title: Vice President Location: New York, NY Overview You will be a member of Deutsche Bank's CLO Primary franchise within the Asset-Backed Securities team, focused on supporting the syndication and placement of the US new issue CLO team's transactions. This role will report to the Head of US CLO Syndication and work in close collaboration with the US CLO Primary structuring team members, the global Securitized Products Sales force, secondary trading and leveraged finance sales and trading teams. This role will cover syndication of all securitized products under the remit of the CLO Primary team, including broadly syndicated CLOs, middle market CLOs, venture/recurring revenue securitizations, infrastructure CLOs and other collateralized corporate debt securitizations. In such role, you will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally, requiring strong communication skills, both written and oral. What We Offer You

Support all syndication activities for the Deutsche Bank US CLO Primary team
this includes a broad range of products, encompassing broadly syndicated CLOs, middle market CLOs, venture/recurring revenue securitizations, infrastructure CLOs and other corporate debt securitizations Develop and cultivate a broad network of direct relationships with both issuers and investors across the wide spectrum of the CLO Primary team's products Working with clients to develop and refine marketing material Organizing and attending client/investor meetings, including roadshows Performing market research for new and growing product areas of the CLO Primary team Cross co-ordination with the Deutsche Bank EU CLO Primary team and their respective origination and syndication activities How You'll Lead
Manage frequent communications with internal stakeholder teams, including global securitized product sales force, secondary trading and leveraged finance sales & trading, to ensure appropriate internal co-ordination and market intelligence sharing In collaboration with local sales coverage, driving development of new investor syndication channels and product education Skills You'll Need
Prior experience in CLO syndication or related area is preferred Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to develop a broad network of client relationships Skills That Will Help You Excel
Willingness to travel, in connection with roadshows, new investor development, conferences Strong attention to detail A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team Work well under pressure Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $175K to $317K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
