Location: Holiday Inn Mobile West I-10, Mobile, Alabama Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: General Manager Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations at the Holiday Inn Mobile West I-10, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, quality, service, and profitability. This includes the hotel's restaurant, bar/lounge, room service, banquet operations, and breakfast service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Food & Beverage outlets and banquet functions to achieve high guest satisfaction and financial performance. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment and high team morale. Develop and implement menus in coordination with the chef, ensuring quality, creativity, and cost control. Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain compliance with all Holiday Inn and IHG brand standards, as well as local health and liquor regulations. Collaborate with Sales and Catering to support events, banquets, and group business, ensuring flawless execution. Analyze financial reports, track labor and food costs, and implement strategies to meet or exceed budget targets. Resolve guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally. Create and manage F&B marketing initiatives and promotions in alignment with hotel branding. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a hotel setting. Knowledge of F&B operations, including banquet services, bar operations, and breakfast execution. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with budgeting, P&L analysis, and inventory management. ServSafe and TIPS certification preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems (e.g., Micros, Opera, or similar platforms). Benefits
