Advanced Process Engineer
Engineer will be responsible for management of projects to develop and mature advanced processes necessary to produce hardware from development to high rate production. You will define parameters and work plans to meet objectives and resolve issues. Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and develop metallographic and microscopy inspection techniques in lab environment Interact and lead lab technician Identify and communicate to leadership schedule pressures and implement plans to mitigate the impact of those pressures on program deliverables. Participate in specific organizational initiatives. Share engineering information and promote open dialogue. Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks are consistent with engineering policies and procedures Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineer, material science or engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing) Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Having a learning mindset and willingness to ask for help when unsure Ability to communicate effectively and work cross functionally with other teams Experience working with industry specifications Test experience Desired Characteristics
Experience with Process Development and Optimization. Bend / adhesion testing Nondestructive evaluation experience.
