Job Description: The HR Business Partner will provide HR support to Ivy Rehab for Kids teammates, leaders, and clinics in one territory (to be determined). This position offers remote work with periodic travel to clinics and Ivy's home office. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to ensure regions have the talent resources needed to meet goals, focusing on teammate retention and engagement, promoting an engaging work environment, and ensuring labor law compliance. This role will also provide direct strategic support across the Ivy Rehab for Kids enterprise to elevate the broader people strategy. The compensation package for this position includes a competitive base salary, target bonus, and benefits. Compensation for this role can range from $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 based on experience.
