Staff Accountant (Hybrid)
Raven Ridge is hiring a Staff Accountant (hybrid) in Concord, NH. This is a hybrid-eligible, full-time role and offers a compensation range of $55,000-$60,000 per year (dependent on experience) plus benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance and pension plan eligibility. If you join us, you can expect to work closely with your financial teammates. You will have close support from our team, including our Controller and our Vice President of Finance, as you help us accomplish the following: Prepare monthly financial statements Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations Communicate highlights of financials to the Controller and staff Steward depreciation schedules Process weekly payroll Record payroll and adjust journal entries and record credit card deposits Review financial reporting systems and controls to ensure compliance Requirements: You are a naturally driven, curious learner with knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles (GAAP) plus an enviably strong attention to detail and strong organization skills who wishes to grow. You have excellent collaboration and time management skills. You have business acumen and good financial management skills. You are a strong problem-solver and good at problem analysis. You are proficient in Word, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office programs, you have intermediate Excel skills, and you have experience with accounting software.
