Grounds Maintenance
: River Falls,
Wisconsin
Our customer in River Falls, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Grounds Maintenances to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and safe outdoor environments, operating outdoor equipment, managing waste disposal, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the grounds while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities of the
Grounds Maintenance
:
Clean and maintain the grounds, including picking up trash, sweeping, and ensuring the area remains tidy. Operate the main machinery and perform necessary functions to ensure grounds are properly maintained. Clean office areas, including dusting, wiping surfaces, and ensuring cleanliness in workspaces. Maintain restroom cleanliness by ensuring they are stocked and sanitized regularly. Shovel and dispose of garbage from outdoor areas to keep the premises clean and safe. Ensure proper waste disposal by sorting and recycling materials according to waste management protocols. Grounds Maintenance
Requirements and Qualifications:
Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work for extended periods. Proficiency in using outdoor equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, trimmers, and other maintenance tools. Familiarity with lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and general outdoor maintenance. Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during operations. Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance to meet work schedules.
