Pratt & Whitney Engine Design & Systems Integration (EDSI) is a dynamic engineering organization focused on the development and certification of military, commercial, and industrial gas turbine engines. EDSI is responsible for overall engine system definition and management. This includes engine performance, operability, system level modeling and simulation, validation and verification of performance and operability requirements, and functional engine and air vehicle systems integration. EDSI also defines engine architecture, system and structural design as well as manages all requirements across the program. This posting is for a Production and Field Support Analytics lead responsible for the PW1500G and PW1900G engine programsthe most advanced propulsion system for the Airbus A220 and Embraer E-JETS commercial jetliner. Key Responsibilities

Work within a team of engineers focused on supporting production, field, and overhaul Provide system level event analysis for in service issues Track top issues and coordinate with Customer Technical Services (CTS) Create analytics for program specific issues and coordination with the Engine Health Monitoring and Diagnostics Prognostics teams Query large datasets of full flight data to support root cause investigations Manage/resolve performance, operability, and vibration issues Work schedule: Primarily On-Site Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) 5 years engineering experience or 3 with an advanced degree U.S. Person / Green Card holder Qualifications We Prefer

Practical knowledge of Production, MRO & Field Support Knowledge of engine performance, operability, cycle analysis, and engine matching Strong engine thermodynamic understanding Experience in managing internal and external customers Python proficiency with some object-oriented programming knowledge Applied experience working with large datasets Capability to query and filter data using python/SQL to derive a data analytic assessment Knowledge of component aerodynamics, air systems, heat transfer & secondary flow Experiences in agile development projects What We Offer
