What You Will Be Doing: Job Description: The Finance Leader is a key member of the Lennox AES leadership team, responsible for overseeing accounting, financial planning, and analysis, while driving financial discipline and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of financial operations through strong internal controls, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis. The Finance Leader also plays a key role in developing a high-performing team and serves as a liaison between AES and finance leaders across the Lennox enterprise. This position requires an experienced financial leader who can operate both strategically and tactically, providing decision support to the VP/GM and the broader AES leadership team. The successful candidate will bring a passion for continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence. be a profit maximizer. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Oversee operational finance, including manufacturing, costing, and distribution activities. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting through monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis. Drive business insights by identifying trends and developments in the competitive environment. Conduct and lead complex financial analyses to support operational and strategic decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth, contract negotiations, and investment decisions. Maintain and continuously improve internal controls; review and update processes as needed to ensure compliance. Champion automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Identify and implement financial synergies and best practices across the business. Build and develop a high-performing finance team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA and/or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Strong experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) and advanced proficiency in Excel and Access. Demonstrated ability to solve complex financial problems and lead through influence. Experience in a manufacturing or operational finance environment is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization. Proven track record of driving process improvement and delivering results. Other Work Requirements: This is an on-site leadership role based in Tallassee, AL. Occasional travel to Lennox headquarters in Richardson, TX, and other AES locations is expected.
