Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to perform accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate transactions, providing assurance that our accounting practices adhere to financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures, and performing general ledger entries and account reconciliations. What You'll Be Doing Prepare and post journal entries Prepare account reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurately stated Support internal and external audit requests Maintain existing internal controls while looking for continuous improvement opportunities Posting complex entries to general ledger, ensure proper coding and reconciliation of source docs to general ledger. Complex entries include, but are not limited to: intercompany accounting, hourly and salary payroll, corporate allocations and amortization. Assist with governmental reporting/compliance. Manage projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned. Reconcile accounting data. Maintain various ledgers, journals, registers and other fiscal records; allocate costs/revenues to appropriate functions; classify expenditures and post to various accounts as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA preferred (or experience with payroll and taxes preferred) 1-3 years of experience Hands-on experience in financial accounting & reporting MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) SAP ERP experience a plus Oracle Hyperion Financial Management a plus Compensation The total compensation range for this position is $54,720

$71,820 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
