The Residence Club at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Residence Club Supervisor to deliver exceptional service to our Residence Club owners and guests. This leadership role is responsible for supervising the performance of all front-line employees during their shifts, supporting the Residence Club Assistant Managers, and acting as the Manager on Duty. As a Residence Club Supervisor, you will be trained and developed to support additional areas of Residence Club operations, including Owner Services. This role ensures a seamless and elevated experience for owners and guests from arrival through departure. The position reports directly to the Residence Club Assistant Managers and may also support other Residence Club leaders depending on daily operational needs. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Assist the RC Front Desk Assistant Managers and MOD with day-to-day operational needs. Assist the Residence Club leadership team with day-to-day performance management and coaching of Front Desk and Guest Services employees. Assist RC Front Desk Assistant Managers with Guest Experience (glitch) and Engineering Work Order Follow Up. Assist and guide Residence Club Front Office employees in understanding and applying Four Seasons Core and Culture Standards. Supervise Guest Services operations on-site in support of the Residence Club Front Desk Assistant Managers. Support and work closely with the Owner Services, Ocotillo Grill, and RC Housekeeping operations. Assist the Residence Club Front Desk Assistant Managers and Manager on Duty with reporting and maintaining necessary supplies to meet par inventory levels. Work closely with departmental learning coaches and participate in training programs. Act as MOD and supervise Front Desk operation in the absence of management, with the support of RC senior leaders on site. Support seamless operation of Owner Services by stepping in during team member absences. Review opera reservations, identify potential challenges, and communicate. Gain exposure to hiring and disciplinary procedures by supporting recruitment efforts and learning documentation protocols. What you bring: Flexible schedule availability to work weekends and holidays. A minimum of 1 year of previous 5-star resort/hotel experience. Knowledge of or ability to use computer equipment or software related to hospitality and business administration is required. Previous experience in a leadership role, residential property operations, or front desk/guest services (including use of Opera, HOTSOS, Microsoft applications, and BirchStreet) is a plus. Ability to write and speak English in a clear manner. Additional language skills are a plus. Schedule & Hours: Full-time Position 8 to 9-hour shift, with occasional overtime based on business demands Shift starts at 6:30am, 7am, 11am, 1:30pm, or 2pm. No overnight.
