Tech Project Manager
Apex Systems, a World-Class Technology Solutions Provider, is seeking a Tech Project Manager on behalf of one of our largest financial industry clients. Please apply if interested and qualified. We cannot support C2C hiring. Location: Charlotte, NC & Pennington, NJ Duration: 12 months+ Pay Rate Range: $57-$62/hr. Need seasoned individual to help drive strategic initiative of transforming automation and orchestration of several playbooks from manual mode into "Cutover" industry leading tool - ensuring enforcement of established patterns, standards, timelines, and governance routines. Role will have high visibility and accountability to senior management. Responsibilities: Individual needs to be proactive, motivated, organized and resourceful to get the job done. Demonstrate and guide teams in using Cutover or a task management system like MS Project. Manage and coordinate training calls with multiple teams. Evaluate and assess team progress and ensure compliance with training guidelines. Document interactions and progress using Excel and Jira. Review, suggest improvements for, and update training wiki documentation. Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to teams. Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5+ years of experience in software training, technical support, or a related field. Exposure to Python coding, DB development, Tableau reporting. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
