We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations at a residential property site. This individual will handle maintenance tasks, work orders, groundskeeping, HVAC and appliance repairs, and uphold safety standards, while ensuring a positive experience for residents and team members alike. Position Overview

What You Will Do

Maintenance and Safety: Respond to and complete maintenance work orders for units and common areas Repair plumbing, paint, drywall, and general property upkeep Perform preventive maintenance as needed Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies Diagnose and repair HVAC systems Diagnose and repair major household appliances

Additional Responsibilities: Full-time, on-site availability required Participate in on-call rotation and be available for occasional evenings/weekends Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins as needed Lift and transport up to 50 lbs regularly, with physical tasks like bending, lifting, and stooping What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred 3+ years of general maintenance experience Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain within 90 days Ability to safely use hand and power tools Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
