Job Opportunity: Cnc Lathe Setup/Operator
Inova Staffing is looking to hire a CNC lathe setup/operator for one of our clients in Solon, Ohio. This is a direct hire position on second shift. 2nd shift hours: 4:30pm-3am. A 50 hour work week is standard, with opportunity for double time during the week. This client specializes in extremely precise machining and every day will look completely different. Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes Perform first piece runs to verify that machines are producing parts in accordance with specifications. Maintain tight tolerances and perform quality checks on work. Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to carry out tasks. Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators. Monitor machine performance during operations and make adjustments to ensure optimal results. Inspect and measure finished components to ensure they meet required specifications. Perform daily maintenance and checks on machinery to guarantee proper functionality. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent US Citizenship required Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC equipment At least 2 years of experience setting up CNC machines What Makes This Client Great:
