Preferred IPA of California seeks a Human Resource Generalist to provide full-spectrum HR support within the Healthcare IPA, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, training, compliance, and HRIS oversight. To thrive as a Human Resource Generalist, you should have: 2 - 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience (healthcare or managed care setting preferred) and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and healthcare regulations (including HIPAA). Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite. Solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with discretion in handling confidential information. Certifications (Preferred): Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
