Lot Squared focuses on the luxury market. Stony Creek focuses on mid-market homes. This role works across all business units to provide financial analysis and insights. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex residential construction projects across our three brands. The ideal candidate will bring proven US construction experience, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively manage diverse stakeholders, schedules, and resources. Summary: The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple residential construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders, solve complex problems, and maintain excellent communication across English and Spanish-speaking teams, all while working remote. Key Responsibilities: Project Management and Execution Lead the planning and budgeting efforts of multiple residential construction projects simultaneously Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera and MS Project Work with the field team, as needed, to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Work with the estimation team to monitor project budgets and identify/resolve potential cost overruns Coordinate with the field superintendent while providing remote support Construction Project Coordination Manage and coordinate subcontractor schedules and deliverables Resolve construction-related issues promptly and effectively Stakeholder Management Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates Coordinate with local authorities for permits and inspections Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving across diverse teams Qualifications: Proven US construction experience (REQUIRED) Fluent in Spanish (Mexico/LATAM dialect) and English (accent acceptable) Proficient in Primavera (REQUIRED) and ProCore Strong understanding of US building codes and construction standards Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field PMP or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow belt) certification preferred Experience: 5+ years of residential construction project management experience in the US Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects Experience with both luxury and production home construction Track record of completing projects on time and within budget History of successful stakeholder management across diverse teams Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera and ProCore Excellent problem-solving and research abilities Strong organizational and time management skills High emotional intelligence and cognitive capability Superior communication skills in both English and Spanish Detail-oriented with strong quality control focus Ideal Characteristics: Natural leader with strong presence Analytical thinker with practical problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Calm under pressure Proactive and solutions-oriented Strong work ethic and commitment to quality Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Primavera (required) Experience with MS Project Knowledge of construction management software Understanding of BIM and construction technology Familiarity with digital documentation systems Compensation: Competitive hourly rate Performance-based incentives Flexible, full-time schedule Remote work environment
