Senior Project Manager
to oversee public-sector construction projects across NYC. The ideal candidate has experience managing field and office operations for city agency projects and takes initiative to drive projects forward without heavy oversight. Responsibilities Manage infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee change orders, contract drawings, RFIs, and submittals Interface with city agencies (e.g., NYCHA, NYC Parks, DEP) and ensure compliance Coordinate field teams and subcontractors Use Bluebeam for drawing review and document control Support senior leadership by proactively identifying and solving issues Requirements 5–10 years of construction project management experience Experience with NYC agency-led projects (e.g., NYCHA, NYC Parks, DEP, SCA, DDC) Proficient with change orders, drawing contracts, and
Bluebeam Comfortable working onsite and in the field (50/50 split) Strong communication and a problem-solving, ownership mindset Seniority level
