Responsibilities of the Growth Marketing Manager include: Lead the transition from sales-led to product-led growth, including the development of PQL processes and account-based scoring models. Launch and manage lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, re-engagement, upgrades) using email, in-app messaging, and other channels. Optimize the self-serve user journey and support the transition from individual users to team-based adoption. Qualifications for the Growth Marketing Manager include: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on growth or lifecycle marketing. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce. Strong data literacy and comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and reports. Compensation for the Growth Marketing Manager includes: ·Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 annually ·Competitive bonus plan · Comprehensive benefit : Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law This job opens for applications on 6/20/2025.
