Responsibilities

Outside sales and business development, with focus on freight fowarding Proactively identifying problems and implementing effective solutions Partner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction Take the lead in coordinating/developing/managing all aspects of the proposal process Close, activate and retain relationships with clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5-7 years in logistics, with focus on freight forwarding Strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and within a team Local to the ORD market High energy, with a passion for prospecting and building relationships Competitive nature Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
