Senior Project Manager
to take charge of high-value and complex projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you’ll drive excellence in safety, quality, timelines, and budgets while managing project scope, schedules, risk, and team performance. Salary : Competitive annual salary starting at $135,000, plus company vehicle (optional) with fuel card. Range $135,000 to $165,000 Qualifications We’re Looking For Experience : Minimum
5+ years in senior project management , ideally within the industrial or commercial electrical field. Water industry experience is a plus. Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in project management, electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Industry Expertise : Proven background in electrical systems or related trades. Location : Must reside in the
Phoenix Metro area
and be available for full-time work. Leadership : Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff. Compliance : Must pass background and driver’s record checks to access secure facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of project plans, defining scope, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor and manage project financials, including contracts, payroll, expenses, and materials, while maintaining excellent client relationships. Oversee procurement activities, negotiate purchase orders and subcontracts, and ensure timely delivery. Drive project performance by setting clear objectives, fostering collaboration, and proactively resolving issues. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Administer tools, materials, and resource planning to meet project goals efficiently. Provide detailed progress reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Skills & Tools Required Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner). Strong familiarity with
Bluebeam
software and other project management tools. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
